Delete your account and data

Delete inside the game (fastest)

1. Open the game and tap Account on the title screen.
2. Tap Delete cloud save, then tap it again to confirm.

Your Titan Foundry cloud save is deleted immediately. If your account is not used by any other BaoBao Gaming game, the account itself is deleted too. If it is (for example, you also play Oishii Match with the same Google or Apple login), only your Titan Foundry data is removed and your other games are left untouched.

Delete your whole account by email

1. Email mugentalesreview@gmail.com with the subject "Titan Foundry account deletion".
2. If you linked Google or Apple, send the email from that address.
3. We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

Titan Foundry uses a BaoBao Gaming account: the same Google or Apple sign-in works across our games. Deleting the whole account deletes your data in every one of our games, not just this one.

What is deleted

Your cloud save (stages, stars, badges, heroes, Titan Cores, Tactical Items and upgrades), your purchase entitlements on our server, and, when the whole account is deleted, any linked Google or Apple sign-in and your data in other BaoBao Gaming games that use the same account.

What may be kept

Records of real-money purchases may be kept for up to 7 years where tax or accounting law requires it. They are not linked to a playable account after deletion. Short-lived server security logs expire on their own. The copy of your progress stored on your own device stays until you uninstall the game.
